The latest version of the Tuhund User App introduces AI-powered data entry in three important areas, making everyday transactions faster and reducing manual entry.
1. AI-Powered Contact Entry
You can now create contact records simply by scanning a visiting card.

Scan the front or back of the visiting card and let the app extract the available information.

If the contact information is distributed across both sides of the card, simply scan both sides. The app will intelligently combine the relevant information from both images.

Names, designations, company details, phone numbers, email addresses and other available information can be captured automatically.

The scanned visiting card images are automatically saved as attachments with the contact record.

2. AI-Powered Expense Claims
Creating expense claims is now as simple as scanning your bills and receipts.

Scan one or more bills or receipts directly from the Expense Claims module.

The app automatically reads and enters the information available on each bill.

Multiple bills can be added to the same expense claim request.

A separate expense claim line item is automatically created for each distinct bill.

You can review the information and manually add or correct anything that may be missing.
Scan the bills, review the details and submit your claim.
3. AI-Powered Purchase Invoices
Purchase invoice entry has been significantly simplified with AI.
Simply scan the vendor or supplier invoice and Tuhund will extract the available information and create the purchase invoice.
The system can also identify and create missing master data where required, including:

Once the required information has been identified, Tuhund can create the purchase invoice with the extracted details, significantly reducing the amount of manual data entry required.
